didn't recognise the print cartridges that came with the printer. did not ever get to the point where it printed one page. So after 4 months of persisting with this hopeless printer, (unfathomably) I purchased another much more expensive HP inkjet. Read more dges, contacting HP tech help, following all the online advice on how to fix this (common) problem, etc etc. Could only print B&W after literally the first few print jobs as it wouldn't recognise the colour cartridges - despite spending days re-installing, purchasing new cartri. (Forget that they cost more than the printer itself - that is just a given with inkjets). Wireless connection was unpredictable to say the least - whoever knew whether the printer was going to be 'offline' when I wanted to print? The ink cartridges were HOPELESS. But $60 is still $60 and it went down the drain in this case.
